My Love Affair with Wool and Pewter Charms actually began with these. After seeing several Books on Mixing Different Media together I began using Wool as my Base for some One-Of-A-Kind Pins. I started with Scraps of Re-Purposed Sweater Wool and then Needle-Felted Hand-Dyed Wool Roving onto them for Texture. Then I began to add the Pewter Charms for their Faces, Arms, Hands, Legs, Feet, Boots and Yes, their Purses! I further Embellished them with Beading and/or Vintage Watch Pieces and Parts

….and my “Wild Women” were Born!
